Gladney Center for Adoption
It was apparent to Tanya early on that she had a special calling. Her desire to serve, especially children in need, led her to begin mentoring young girls through the “Big Buddy” program in Baton Rouge, LA. Becoming a mentor served as a catalyst, igniting a spark in her, which over time, grew into a flame of inspiration to adopt.

Gladney Center for Adoption Marks 125th Anniversary
In 2011, Gladney's New Beginnings Program brought The Heart Gallery to Gladney's campus. The Heart Gallery is a traveling photographic exhibit created to find loving, forever families for children in foster care.
Calling all Families!!! On April 16th Gladney will be on Good Morning Texas talking about our 125th Anniversary and the Skittle. We will have a train on set- out in the plaza as well as clowns and balloons. We would like to have as many families and children to be a part of this fun segment. They will go on train rides, interact with the clowns just be the adorable kids they are. Mark Melson will be interviewed and he will be talking about Gladney’s 125th Anniversary, our legacy and the Skittle!
