Meet Our Team

Mark Melson, Executive VP and Chief Development Officer, has BBA and MBA from the University of North Texas. Mr. Melson has worked as a financial consultant, various fundraising capacities, and has recently joined Gladney after serving seven years as Director of Finance and Gift Planning for Harris Methodist Health Foundation and then taking a position as Chief Development Officer for Big Brothers Big Sister of North Texas.

Sandy Owen, CFRE, Vice President Major Gifts, has a B.A. from TCU in English and Journalism, and recently joined Gladney after serving as VP Development and Marketing for Sci-Port Discovery Center in Shreveport for seven years.

Nonya Jordan, Vice President Development & Events, graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Child Development and Family Relations and has been with Gladney for eight years.

Ellen Wilson, CPA, Senior Vice President and CFO, has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been with Gladney 9 years.
