Our Staff:

Gladney Family Services brings together a licensed, clinical staff, qualified to thoroughly assess families appropriately to ensure the children are entering into safe and loving homes.

Bill Porter, LPC

Director of Intercountry and Family Services

Bill Porter is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  He joined the Gladney Family in 2013 and his education, work experience and life experience have prepared him for the dual role of supervising both the Intercountry and Family Services staff.  Bill spent the majority of his childhood and adolescence in Cost Rica and Guatemala as his parents served as missionaries with the Nazarene Church.  This exposure to other cultures has given Bill a love for third-world countries and a unique perspective as a Third-Culture-Kid.  Bill is bilingual in both English and Spanish, and has spent extensive time in Latin America as an adult.  Professionally Bill has worked in residential, university, community agency and in-home settings.  He has 14 years of experience working in individual, family, child and adolescent counseling.  Bill’s most recent position allowed him to work as a Functional Family Clinical Supervisor.  In this position, he provided evidence based therapy to at-risk juveniles, while also providing clinical supervision to other therapists.  Bill obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Southern Nazarene University and a Masters of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas.

Ginny Manley, LPC

Family Services Counselor

Ginny Hunsucker is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She joined Gladney in 2012, providing clinical support, education, and assessments to families adopting internationally.  Before joining Gladney, Ginny worked with children, teens and their families dealing with trauma and psychiatric issues in a variety of settings including a residential treatment center and an outpatient psychiatric hospital.  Her passion is focused on educating and supporting adoptive parents in preparing for their child to transition into their forever home.  Ginny received her Master’s in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.

Monique Lee, LMSW

Family Services Counselor

Monique Lee is an LMSW and joined Gladney in 2013. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with her Bachelor’s degree in social work, and then obtained her Master’s degree in social work from the University of Alabama. Before joining Gladney, Monique worked with children and families in foster care. She also has experience working with children with Autism, children in residential treatment facilities, females with eating disorders, and families in the Head Start program. She is passionate about helping others and is excited to be able to offer support, education and assessments to adoptive families.
