
Family Services (Formerly Known as Post Adoption Services)
Through the Gladney Center for Adoption's Family Services Department, lifelong services are available to birth parents, adoptive parents and adopted persons. We are ready to listen and assist you. When you allow Gladney to help you through the adoption process, you become a member of our extended family.
For Gladney birth parents, we offer:
- Progress updates on your child's development
- Access to counseling services
- Access to monthly birth parent support group
- A mutual-consent voluntary registry, after age 18
- Sharing of information between adoptive parties, if requested
- Campus tours
For Gladney adopted persons, we offer:
- Counseling and campus tours
- Permanent maintenance of vital adoption records
- Sharing of information between adoptive parties, if requested
- A mutual-consent voluntary registry, after age of 18
- Direct, post adoption contact at 18 years of age or older, if requested by both parties
- Request records through form located here
For Gladney adoptive parents, we offer:
- Permanent maintenance of vital adoption records
- Access to parent support groups nationwide
- Parenting education
- Counseling and campus tours
- Sharing of information between adoptive parties, if requested
- Educational adoption products
