Vietnam Adoption
Gladney is excited to announce a partnership with Carolina Adoption Services (CAS), a licensed agency in Vietnam. CAS is located in North Carolina. This program is only open to families in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania. Gladney will serve as your home study agency, assist you with your dossier preparation, and handle your post placement reports. CAS will have the responsibility for matching you to your child and will guide you through the in-country process.
