- Childbirth Coordinator
- The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks responsible individual to mentor young women through their pregnancy and adoption plan and/or to transport clients to the hospital and act as their labor coach during delivery. Applicant must be energetic and compassionate and live within 15-20 minutes of the Gladney Center. Experience in labor and delivery preferred. On-call, part-time position. Must be willing to work holidays. EOE.

- Weekend Houseparent
- The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks responsible responsible individual to act as part-time weekend Houseparent for 2-3 weekends per month in the Maternity Home. Ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, dependable, organized and a self-starter. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate as well as experience in mentoring a must. Position requires overnight stay in furnished room in Maternity Home. Must be willing to work holidays. EOE.

- Caseworker – Africa Program (Ethiopia)
- The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a self-motivated professional to help promote Gladney's International Adoption Program and assist prospective adoptive families in our Ethiopia program. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other human services related field is required. Graduate degree is preferred. Ideal applicant must be able to manage time effectively, establish priorities, and be self-motivated to accomplish needed tasks. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, and demonstrated ability to provide positive customer service. EOE.

- When I began working for Gladney in 1997, it was first as a contract worker, then as New Beginnings Coordinator, later as an Adoptive Parent Caseworker and, now, as Home Study Services Coordinator. My friends and family know how much I love working with Gladney families and children. If you have ever spent years waiting to be a parent (and I did), you know exactly how adoptive parents feel. They are nervous about the process but their hearts are so open and ready for how their lives will be forever changed when they become parents. I want each child we place to have the support and love every child deserves. To be able to see the creation of a family is an unbelievable blessing.
