• Gladney Home Study Fee - $2,000 (or Home Study Review Fee of $750 if another agency conducts the Home Study)
• Gladney Program Fee - $5,000
• Post Placement Supervision Fee - $1,200 (if Gladney conducts the Home Study)
• Post Placement Administration Fee - $300
• SUBTOTAL PAID TO GLADNEY - $8,800
