To adopt an infant (0 - 35 months):

• Couples must be married a minimum of one year.*
• The wife must be 25 to 38 years of age.
• One parent must be a U.S. citizen.
• Both parents are required to travel.
• Parents should not have any major medical issues or criminal history.

To adopt an older child (36 months and older):

• Couples must be married a minimum of one year.*
• Applicants must be at least 25 years of age.
• One parent must be a U.S. citizen.
• Both parents are required to travel.
• Many older children and sibling groups are available for immediate referral.
