On –Call Childbirth Coordinator
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a responsible individual to transport residential clients to the hospital and act as a labor coach during delivery.  Must be compassionate, dependable, organized and empathetic.  The on-call shifts available are 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM every Monday night, the same hours on the 2nd Friday of the month, and 6:00 AM Sunday – 6:00 AM Monday on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.  Applicant must be able to reach the Gladney campus within 15 minutes of being called.  Experience in labor and delivery preferred.  CPR/First Aid certification a plus!  Must be willing to work holidays.  EOE

Client Driver (part-time)
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a mature and responsible driver to assist with client transportation, which may include the transportation of children. This position is guaranteed at least 10 hours per week with the primary transportation needs falling between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Though the schedule will be provided in advance, flexibility is essential. Applicant must be self-motivated and organized with excellent communication skills. Ideal candidate must have a good driving record and experience driving large passenger vehicles. Car seat training and CPR are required. EOE

Regional Caseworker – Midland/West Texas territory (Full-Time)
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks professional to assist birth parent clients through their adoption plan from admission through placement. Primary responsibilities will include alternating weekend and evening “drop-in” rotation, assisting with agency home study and post placement visit needs, community education, and keeping a minimal caseload of birth parent clients in and around the West Texas region. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and have demonstrated ability to provide positive customer service. Experience in client assessment and adoption counseling a plus. MSW preferred. Extensive travel throughout the West Texas region will be required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus! EOE
