On-Call Childbirth Coordinator 
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a responsible individual to transport residential clients to the hospital and act as a labor coach during delivery.  Must be compassionate, dependable, organized and empathetic.  Applicant must be able to reach the Gladney campus within 15 minutes of being called.  Experience in labor and delivery preferred.  The shift available is the complete 3rd weekend of the month.  The shift starts Friday at 6:00 pm and ends at 6:00 am on Monday.  There will be an opportunity to substitute for other Childbirth Coordinators as needed.  CPR/First Aid certification a plus!  Must be willing to work holidays.  EOE

On–Call Residential Assistant/ 2 positions available 
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a responsible individual to assist the Residential Coordinator when our client/staff ratio requires an additional staff member. Must be compassionate, dependable, organized and empathetic.  The on-call shifts available are Monday - Friday 5:00 PM -10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00PM - 10:00 PM.  Must be willing to work holidays.  EOE

New Beginnings Caseworker 
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a caseworker to assist with the supervision and assessment of families in the New Beginnings program. Applicant must be compassionate, dependable, organized and a self-starter. Demonstrated family assessment skills a must. Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred. EOE

Medical Outreach Specialist
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a self-motivated professional to provide outreach and adoption education to physicians, nurses, hospital social workers and community clinics. Primary responsibilities would include but are not limited to identifying potential medical referral sources, establishing and maintaining relationships with medical professionals , developing adoption education programs that will be relevant to medical population, performing in-service trainings, lunch & learns and evaluating the impact.  Prior experience with medical community, public speaking and relationship building a must! Ideal applicant will be responsible for occasional event planning and execution and must be able to manage time effectively, establish priorities, and be organized. Bachelor’s degree required – preferred fields of study: communications, public administration, social welfare or psychology. EOE.
