On-Call Childbirth Coordinator
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a responsible individual to transport residential clients to the hospital and act as a labor coach during delivery. Must be compassionate, dependable, organized and empathetic. Applicant must be able to reach the Gladney campus within 15 minutes of being called. Experience in labor and delivery preferred. The shifts available are the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays from 6:00am until 6:00am on Monday. There will be an opportunity to substitute for other Childbirth Coordinators as needed. Also, there will be opportunities to substitute for the Weeknight and Weekend Residential Coordinator. CPR/First Aid certification a plus! Must be willing to work holidays. EOE
Bi-lingual Program Assistant – Colombia Program
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a self-motivated professional to provide administrative support Gladney’s Colombia program. Primary responsibilities include assisting new families in obtaining the documents necessary for their adoption per state/federal/international regulations, assisting already approved families in updating their required paperwork, requesting state and federal background clearances for adoptive families, corresponding with the staff in Colombia regarding paperwork, and translating written correspondence and children’s files received from Colombia. Ideal applicant must be extremely organized, efficient, flexible, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Bilingual in Spanish required. Full-time hourly position + benefits. EOE.
Client Driver (part-time)
The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a mature and responsible driver to assist with client transportation, which may include the transportation of children. This position is guaranteed at least 10 hours per week with the primary transportation needs falling between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Though the schedule will be provided in advance, flexibility is essential. Applicant must be self-motivated and organized with excellent communication skills. Ideal candidate must have a good driving record and experience driving large passenger vehicles. Car seat training and CPR are required. EOE

Volunteer & Intern Opportunities
Gladney is accepting applications for long-term administrative volunteers at the agency and weekend off-campus activity volunteers for our maternity home residents. Both positions require a background check and three letters of recommendation per licensing requirements.

NOTE: We are now accepting applications for Summer 2016 internships. We currently have Spring 2016 internship openings in Accounting, IT, and Marketing.
We welcome students who want to do their internship at Gladney whether it's in the social work field, accounting, information technology (IT), marketing, public relations, or development. - Complete and submit the Volunteer and Intern Application
- Once your application and questionnaire have been reviewed, you will be contacted to discuss opportunities.
- Due to the high volume of applications received, volunteer applicants will be contacted and invited to attend a volunteer information session. These sessions are held on the first Friday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and on the third Friday of each month at 2:00 p.m.
